Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Client Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and developing new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts to ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times.
  • Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key client decision makers.
  • Monitor political, management, and other changes within client organizations to preserve and protect our relationship.
  • Take a proactive approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues on client renewal cycles and implement successful account retention and defense strategies.
  • Maintain awareness of all clients' claim-related matters and assist in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements.
  • Take ultimate responsibility for the timely and accurate production, processing, and delivery of client-related documents.

Requirements:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workloads and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills with a proven track record of providing high-level customer service.
  • Flexible and team player with close partnerships with onshore and offshore colleagues.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining clear lines of communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
