Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, understanding their financial aspirations and needs, and providing them with tailored solutions.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in relationship management within the financial services sector, exceptional customer service and communication skills, and a proven track record of working towards targets and KPIs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients
- Understanding clients' financial aspirations and needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market intelligence and guidance
- Managing client interactions, including regular contact and follow-up, KYC checks, and strong market awareness
- Supporting ongoing client lifecycle management programs, including regular upkeep of client information, purpose-led interactions, and timely responses to queries
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in relationship management within the financial services sector
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of working towards targets and KPIs
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
