Client Relationship Manager Job

We're seeking a skilled sales professional to nurture and grow relationships with our key clients in the People & Payroll space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong, productive client relationships, understand their needs and objectives, proactively identify solutions to meet clients' requirements, mitigate risks and discuss challenges.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
  • Focus on achieving growth objectives through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and reports as needed.
Requirements:
  • Successful sales experience in complex payroll and workforce management software solutions is ideal.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, whilst paying attention to detail.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
