Job Description

This is a client management role within the AOPM business unit, servicing APAC clients.

The team you will be joining is a part of Specialized Services and Investment Analytics (SSIA). Our offering is a recognized industry-leading provider of analytics, portfolio valuation, fund administration and risk services on private equity portfolios. These services are fully integrated to provide complete end-to-end solutions that span front-, middle- and back-office requirements of institutional investors.

You will be responsible for managing client expectations with both designated client contacts and their vendors, ensuring internal workflow meets our client requests and service level agreements. You will also play a governance role on client deliverables.

You will review and/or prepare various client-related correspondence, maintain working relationships with all client contacts, including investment professionals, investors, auditors, lawyers and banking personnel. You will participate in special client or internal projects as required, and lead and represent the business area as a domain expert to provide sales support and prospect client matters.

Key Requirements
  • Client service experience with institutional clients is preferable.
  • Experience in the private equity/real estate industry is desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and meticulousness are essential.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel, are required.
