About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you'll report directly to the General Manager and work alongside the senior management team. You'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our strategic direction and promotes Glenray's values, services, and vision across the community.
This hands-on role covers everything from brand management and digital marketing to event coordination, media relations, and grant submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Glenray's marketing and communications plan.
- Oversee the organisation's branding and digital presence, including website, social media, and promotional materials.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with media, local networks, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
- Create and coordinate community engagement strategies and fundraising events.
- Manage and produce newsletters, press releases, annual reports, and key publications.
- Support the GM with grant applications and funding proposals.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal, policy, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyse data, and report on KPIs to senior management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a marketing or communications management role.
- Strong digital and social media marketing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience in content creation and media liaison.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, events, and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail, with strong organisational and analytical skills.
- Experience in the community services or not-for-profit sector (desirable).
- Graphic design and basic web content editing skills (advantageous).
