The Gig

Want to break into the world of marketing and advertising? This is your chance. We're on the lookout for a Marketing Assistant — someone fresh out of uni (or with a little experience) who's keen to learn how an agency really works.

You'll start by supporting our GM and keeping the office in shape, but that's just the beginning. You'll get exposure to client campaigns, media, creative, production, and even help us document the processes that keep our ISO27001 certification ticking. It's the perfect grounding for a career in account management.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Keeping our office running smoothly (yes, birthday cakes included ).
  • Helping document processes and registers for ISO27001.
  • Supporting account managers on client campaigns.
  • Learning the tools, systems, and skills that power a modern agency.

What You'll Need

  • A degree in marketing, comms (not essential), or business (or 0–1 years of experience).
  • Organisation skills and a great eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
  • A curious, proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • A team-first attitude.
