The role will report to the national sales and marketing director as part of a collaborative team. In return for your efforts, you'll earn a salary between $90k - $100k, plus superannuation. **About the role**
**Main tasks**: As a brand manager, you will play an essential role in developing, implementing, and managing strategies to promote the company's portfolio of fishing products and accessories.

**Other tasks**:

- **Drive** brand success from conception through to the roll-out of projects
- **Manage** your day-to-day between the office, field, and remote workspaces
- **Travel** interstate and overseas for your career development
- **Collaborate** with the rest of the marketing team in promoting and advertising new product lines
- **Support** internal and external stakeholders by sharing your valuable insight to maximise business opportunities
- **Develop** customer-specific campaigns to increase market share and profitability

**About the company**
- Previous experience in product or brand management
- Be data-driven & have good skills with MS Excel
- The ability to work autonomously & with several internal teams

**You will be highly regarded if you also have**:

- Previous experience in product/brand management in the fishing industry or similar
- A passion for fishing or outdoor activities & adventure
