About the Role

McGrath Real Estate in Lithgow is looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Front Office Manager to join our team. You'll help make sure the office runs smoothly, support our property management and sales teams, and make every client and colleague feel welcome.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first friendly face for clients and team members.
  • Answer calls, emails, and messages.
  • Keep the office neat, organised, and fully stocked.
  • Help with meetings, events, and catering.
  • Support the property management team with things like rental enquiries, applications, inspections, and maintenance requests.
  • Help the sales team with marketing, stock lists, and online content.
  • Keep records and key information up to date.
  • Work with your team to make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Show McGrath's values in your work: excellence, honesty, respect, creativity, and community.

Skills & Qualities We're Looking For

  • Organised and good at managing time.
  • Friendly and confident talking to clients and colleagues.
  • Able to handle several tasks at once and pay attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn about property laws and local area knowledge.
  • Driver's license is a plus.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Ready to get a Certificate of Registration if you don't already have one and complete ongoing training.
