We are looking for a motivated dynamic sales professional located in the Orange, Bathurst or Mudgee region to grow our business. IMATECH provide a range of solutions for wear and corrosion in heavy industry and are supported by the leading manufacturers in these respective fields.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and create new Sales opportunities in your region
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Achieve revenue and profit growth objectives
• Increase the range of products used within existing accounts
• Manage your own territory
• Prepare sales proposals and tenders
• Maintain sales contacts and opportunity information with an associated sales plan

Skills & Experience:

• A 'get the job done' attitude to Sales
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to actively forge new relationships and also work within a team
• Ability to travel, this role will be required to be on the road at least 50% of the time
• Base location flexible.
• High level of mechanical aptitude.
• An established network in the mining, mineral processing and or industrial segments will be highly regarded but is not a must-have
• Strong market awareness and thorough understanding within the heavy industry, manufacturing and/or mining areas
• Applicants that have experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), NACE accreditations, Trade Qualifications and knowledge of project sales and techniques will be well regarded.
