You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts along with residential photography. This role will lay the pathway for your marketing & media career in real estate. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals.

As a media manager, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social trends. You will possess excellent communication skills and be able to handle our marketing and social media presence ensuring high levels of customer engagement.

The Role

  • Supporting the Directors along with the Sales & Property Management teams
  • Coordination of all marketing aspects, advertising and events
  • Social media management and content creation (daily posts and stories on Facebook, Instagram etc)
  • Facebook targeted advertising and boosted posts (Ads Manager)
  • Property marketing and agent marketing
  • Residential and commercial photography for advertising
  • Manage print and digital platforms including website management – Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google
  • Manage office & agent branding
  • Google reviews management
  • Ad hoc marketing / admin duties

Skills Required & Experience

  • Resilient, self-motivated and hungry for success
  • Previous marketing / media experience
  • Strong written and verbal skills, ability to build rapport with clients
  • High attention to detail, organised and strong work ethic
  • Immaculate and professional presentation
