As we continue to grow across Australia and New Zealand, we are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our team and expand our customer base.

About the Role

As our BDM, you'll be at the forefront of business growth—building strong relationships with retail groups, refrigeration contractors, architects, and builders. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities, winning new business, and expanding our market presence in both retail and healthcare sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities across retail, commercial, and healthcare sectors
  • Manage and grow relationships with existing clients and key accounts
  • Work with contractors, consultants, and end-users to deliver tailored solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth strategy
