We're looking for a Site Manager to oversee operations at our Bathurst site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on, motivated leader with experience in site operations, safety, and team management.
Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager you will:
- Oversee the daily operations of the Bathurst site.
- Manage site staff and contractors, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Monitor production, inventory, and logistics of landscaping materials.
- Maintain a high standard of safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth workflows.
- Ensure equipment and machinery are maintained and compliant.
- Implement and monitor site schedules and targets.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in site or operations management (landscaping, manufacturing, waste management, or similar industries preferred).
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Solid understanding of WHS and environmental regulations.
- Ability to manage budgets, resources, and timelines.
- Forklift ticket, White Card, and other relevant licenses (desirable).
- Proficient in computer systems and reporting tools.
