Position: Sales and Business Development Executive
Job Description:
As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing new business opportunities for the company. You will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, establishing relationships, and closing deals. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into customers. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prospecting and Lead Generation:
o Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
o Utilize various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking events, and social media to generate leads.
o Qualify leads based on criteria such as budget, need, and decision-making authority.
· Relationship Building:
o Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
o Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition to potential clients.
o Understand the needs and pain points of clients and tailor solutions to address them effectively.
· Deal Closure:
o Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
o Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
o Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and other necessary documents to facilitate the closing of deals.
· Market Analysis and Strategy:
o Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape.
o Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional activities to support sales efforts.
· Customer Success and Retention:
o Ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation, working closely with the customer success team.
o Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients to ensure their satisfaction and maximize retention.
o Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to maintain strong relationships and uphold the company's reputation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
· Proven track record of success in sales and business development roles, preferably in a B2B environment
· Should have 4-5 years of IT services selling experience
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
