About Our Client
Our client is a leading provider of branded merchandise, helping organisations create meaningful connections through well-designed, high-quality products. They partner with a wide range of clients, from corporate and SME sectors to agencies and event partners, offering a blend of creativity, reliability, and service excellence. Known for their collaborative culture and sustainable model, they're now looking to grow their Melbourne team with a dedicated Account Executive / Account Manager.

About the Position
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, managing projects end-to-end, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You'll work closely with both new and existing customers, understanding their brand goals and helping them bring creative campaigns and merchandise solutions to life. The position blends sales, account management, and project coordination – perfect for someone with a mix of commercial drive and customer service focus.


• Manage client relationships: Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, providing advice, quotes, and product recommendations.


• Deliver exceptional campaigns: Oversee the process from brief through to delivery, coordinating suppliers, timelines, and budgets.


• Grow revenue: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients, and support new business initiatives.


• Ensure operational excellence: Work with internal teams to ensure orders are accurate, on time, and aligned with client expectations.


• Support brand partnerships: Collaborate with marketing, suppliers, and creative partners to bring unique product ideas to life.

About You
They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll be naturally client-focused and commercially aware, with strong organisational skills and a passion for delivering great results.


• Experience in account management, client service, or sales, ideally within promotional products, merchandise, marketing, or events.


• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a consultative approach to client engagement.


• Excellent project management abilities – comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and priorities.


• A creative mindset with a commercial edge, able to identify opportunities and add value to client campaigns.


• Proficiency with CRM systems, quoting tools, and Microsoft Office.


• Collaborative, hands-on, and motivated by team success.
