Lead national sales growth for a leading provider of freight, warehousing, and supply chain solutions, building partnerships with enterprise clients across retail, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.

As National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading business development and account growth across Australia. Your focus will be on winning new enterprise contracts and expanding existing partnerships, working closely with operations and commercial teams to deliver tailored logistics solutions.
This role requires a mix of strategic sales leadership and hands-on enterprise engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies targeting retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and industrial clients
Drive new enterprise contract wins across freight forwarding, warehousing, and supply chain management
Build and manage senior relationships with procurement, operations, and supply chain executives
Collaborate with operational teams to design and deliver customised logistics solutions
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to maintain market edge
Represent the company at logistics forums, trade events, and client strategy sessions
Proven success in transport, logistics, or supply chain sales
Experience managing enterprise-level sales cycles and contracts ($500K–$5M+)
Strong understanding of freight, warehousing, and supply chain services
Demonstrated ability to build senior stakeholder relationships with C-suite and procurement executives
Commercially driven with strong negotiation and solution-design skills
Competitive base salary + car allowance + uncapped OTE
