Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive, located in Melbourne, VIC, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities focused kn hire and retail, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients, presenting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves regular reporting, market analysis, and collaboration with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related fields
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and technical products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as required
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly
