We are now on an exciting growth journey, with a clear focus on expanding our cyber capability. To help us get there, we're looking for a motivated Business Development & Account Manager who can both win new clients and grow existing relationships.
Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Business Development & Account Manager - Cyber & Infrastructure, located in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The account manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering tailor-made solutions to enhance their IT infrastructure.

About you
- Proven experience in BDM, Account Manager, or hybrid sales roles in IT services - ideally with exposure to networking, infrastructure, or cybersecurity.
- A balance of hunter and farmer: able to open new doors while nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven with a process-oriented approach to pipeline and account management.
- Strong communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building skills.
- Team player who collaborates naturally with engineers, consultants, and leadership.
- Comfortable using CRMs and productivity tools (HubSpot, MS Teams, Outlook).
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel when needed.
- Melbourne based.
