Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development professional located in Melbourne, VIC, with some work from home. The responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research, enhancing customer service experiences, and providing analytical insights. The role involves constant communication with potential clients and partners to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and ability to provide market insights
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Proficient in Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Proven track record in business development or sales is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
