About the Role

We are seeking a Site Administrator to support our Supernode BESS Project in Brendale. In this role, you will provide vital day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient site operations and compliance with project requirements.

You will play a key role in supporting the Project Manager, Construction Manager, HSE Lead, and QA/QC Coordinator with site administration, document control, and reporting. The role will also assist in managing subcontractor documentation, registers, and timesheets to ensure governance and compliance across the project. Duties will include:

General Site Administration

  • Manage subcontractor timesheets, purchase orders, and project action registers
  • Maintain the project communications matrix and provide accurate minute-taking for meetings
  • Assist with maintaining project registers and ensuring timely close-out of actions

HSE Administration

  • Support the HSE Lead with safety documentation, registers, and statistical reporting
  • Collect and file safety permits, forms, and records
  • QA/QC Administration
  • Assist with QA/QC reporting and document submissions
  • Maintain accurate quality records and document control

Document Control

  • Assist with managing controlled documents in line with project procedures
  • Support uploading and tracking of documents within Procore or other platforms

About You

You are an organised and detail-oriented administrator with experience supporting large infrastructure or construction projects. You thrive in a collaborative, site-based environment and take pride in ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and smooth project operations. You will also have:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with construction management systems such as Procore or Lucidity (desirable)
  • Qualification in Business Administration (Certificate or Diploma level desirable but not essential)
