**Job Summary**

We are looking for a Production Administrator to join our Brendale team. Working closely with our Production management team, this role will provide administrative support to ensure our production department is working as effectively as possible to achieve production outputs.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Take the manufacturing designs and sort in order to send files to production.
- Mark up production sheets for manufacturing.
- Interpret construction drawings and layouts to organise order of production.
- Providing stacking lists to production to have materials ready to transport to site.
- Manage the allocation of employee equipment and tools and ensure that records of all allocated equipment are kept up to date.
- Provide summary reports on manufacturing errors to production and yard managers.
- Collate data to prepare reports on statistics, trends, outputs and KPIs.
- Build and maintain relationships with production staff across various shifts.

**Skills required**
- Good general administration skills.
- Demonstrated data entry experience and the use of computerised systems.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with a broad range of people.
- Ability to coordinate activities in a busy environment.
- Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
