**About the Role**
- We are looking for a bright, engaged, and innovative
**Distribution Administrator** to join our long term and engaged
**Strathpine Team** in
**Brisbane** This role requires you to build strong partnerships with freight providers where you will lead the provision of safe and efficient freight services to support outbound freight, collects, and inter-site transfers.

As the
** Distribution Administrator**, you will be required to establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal team members including Sales, Customer Service, Safety, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, and Senior Leadership to achieve our business goals. This role at times will customer facing there so it is important you have previous experience leading the way in providing world-class Customer Service.

**Skills and Experience**
- Similar logistic/distribution experience
- Exposure to working with operational KPI’s
- Previous experience in exceeding customer expectations
- Ensure compliance expectations are met with onsite visitors
- Understand how to investigate & analyse DIFOT discrepancies
- Exposure to preparing manifest, load and delivery documentation
- Strong focus on EHS in the workplace
- Ability to lead and communicate in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management and prioritising ability
- Sound Knowledge with Microsoft Suite
- Experience in using ERP systems eg JDE
- You will bring an enthusiastic and adaptable communication style
