ProStar Joinery is an Australian manufacturer of timber cabinetry products supplying to Australia's leading Hardware Supplier, as well as commercial and trade customers nationally. We specialise in retail ready flat pack products, and are rapidly expanding our custom, locally manufactured products for our trade and commercial customers.

Working closely with our Commercial & Trade Sales Estimator and other team members, you will report directly to the Group Commercial & Trade Manager. You will take ownership of the commercial and trade administration, specifically relating to keeping projects on schedule.

About the role

We're seeking a full-time, highly driven, results orientated Sales Administrator who will manage invoicing, product ordering and tracking, maintain schedules and data entry. You will have strong relationship skills and help to develop and grow our positive and collaborative team culture.

We believe that our success is attributed to our team and the quality work they perform on duty. Previous knowledge and experience in a similar role or the timber joinery/building/construction industry will be highly regarded.

You will be responsible for:

  • Updating and managing the production manifest for all Commercial & Trade orders
  • Create Bill of Materials (BOM)
  • Create internal invoices from ProStar Joinery to our Commercial & Trade business (ProStar Trade)
  • Product ordering and tracking all deliveries to job sites
  • Maintaining production schedule
  • Accurately enter all Trade door orders into MYOB
  • Assistance to the Estimating team in providing client quotes
  • Regular communication with our Finance department regarding Accounts Receivable follow up
  • Administration and maintenance of our offsite workforce scheduling system (ServiceM8)
