About the role
Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll support payroll, rosters, training documentation, purchasing and site administration. You'll also provide reporting and operational support to keep production running efficiently.
Main tasks
- Daily payroll data collection & validation
- Compile & approve fortnightly pays (perm & casual)
- Run & update reports & schedules for managers
- Purchasing consumables, stationery, rentals & services
- Create, update & manage site documentation
- General admin & support for management team
Experience in
- Kronos (UKG PRO)
- Coupa/SAP
- Team Assurance
- MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint)
