Oz Garage Doors is a growing Australian-owned garage door retailer / installer based in Carrum Downs. With a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional products and service to our clients. We are a small, tight-knit team and are looking for a key individual to support our business growth.

The Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Officer to become the backbone of our daily operations. This is a varied and hands-on role that requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual who can manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. You will play a crucial part in our business, from the initial customer inquiry right through to final order dispatch. Initially this will be a part time position growing to a full time role for the right person.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Invoicing & Quoting: Prepare, manage, and follow up on all customer quotes and invoices.
  • Customer & Sales Support: Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Order Management: Process and schedule customer orders, and manage inventory and supplier orders.
  • Bookkeeping support - Bank reconciliations and MYOB management
  • Follow-up & Accounts: Manage warranty claims and assist with basic accounts administration.
  • Online Presence: Create, Maintain and update our business profile across our website, Facebook, Instagram, and eBay store.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar administrative or office support role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
