**Description of Duties**
- Administration & office duties
- Managing customer inquiries
- End-to-end Job flow management and scheduling
- Managing Sub-Contractors inline with client SLAs
- Invoicing and accounts receivable
- Company and technician compliance
Full-Time position 38 hrs, flexibility on start and finish times.
**Who you are**
- Genuine Interest in Business Administration within the Construction and Electrical Industry
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Docs
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills across a wide range of stakeholders
- Initiative with the desire to learn
- Punctual and reliable
- High level of attention to detail
- Values honesty and pride in their work in line with our company values
- Works well in a team but can work autonomously when required
- Is positive, enthusiastic, and will go "the extra mile" when it is required
