**Exciting Procurement Administrator Opportunity**
**The role would suit an individual with strong demonstrated experience in an office environment, preferably relevant to purchasing in Aged Care/Health Care.**
**Full time permanent position**
**Monday to Friday**
**38 hours per week**
**The position is based at **Carrum Downs**
**$74,000 p/annum + 11.5% Superannuation**

**About the role...**
The Procurement Administrator position supports the Procurement Manager across a wide range of procurement and general administrative responsibilities. The role requires a high level of flexibility and willingness to assist in whatever tasks are necessary, but with an emphasis on contract management. Your demonstrated experience in a similar position is essential
The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Costing/purchasing of various Goods / Services and other needs
- Ensuring Goods / Services are delivered on time and within delivery schedules
- Assist in the development and relationships with Stakeholders and Suppliers
- Inventory Control and stock take
- Managing, processing and resolve and supplier related issues
- Authorize Suppliers’ invoices after Goods and Services receipt and invoicing
- Monitoring and updating data in the company’s purchasing system
- Weekly and Monthly reporting and general administration support
- Data Entry and maintenance via CRM (Contract Management) software
- Maintain safe work practices and a safe work environment in compliance with OHS standards
**About you...**
You will possess high level communication and relationship building skills, with an ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and will demonstrate initiative in job reporting and asking questions when in doubt. You will have a can do spirit, be self-motivated, with a result oriented attitude. You will treat your job with respect.
**Qualifications and Experience**
- Strong demonstrated experience in an office environment, preferably relevant to purchasing in Aged care / Healthcare
- Victorian Driver’s licence
**Skills & Experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook etc )
- Strong Customer Service focus with proficient Data Entry and numerical skills
- Experience with Stakeholders - Internally and externally.
- Attention to detail will be essential to this role
**A police check with no disclosable outcome, medicare evidence of current flu vaccination and full COVID-19 vaccination, including dose 3 is required by MiCare for this position.**
**A commitment to work exclusively with MiCare Residential Aged Care facility as your only employer during COVID-19 will be highly regarded.**
