Logistics Bookings Administrator

Our client is a logistics / transport operator located in Carrum Downs who are seeing a new addition to their small close knit team. The role involves majority hands on customer service / fleet control work + bookings / operations / administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities include:
- Bookings and customer enquiries
- Job allocation and coordination
- Maintain accurate records of drivers / customers
- Customer Service (client queries, liaising with transport carriers)
- Perform general administrative support
- Customs handling procedures to be followed
- Perform daily safety housekeeping as assigned
Position Requirements
- Transport/Logistics or Customer Service experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Office
- Ability to work autonomously
- Possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Equipped with good analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving skills and able to pay attention to details
