About the Role

We're looking for an OD Consultant to shape our DEI agenda while building fit for purpose talent management processes from the ground up. This is a cross functional role where you'll design, deliver, and facilitate initiatives that drive meaningful cultural change, all while working collaboratively in a supportive team environment.

The Role at a Glance

  • Design and deliver DEI strategies, campaigns, and learning experiences
  • Lead the creation of practical talent succession and review processes
  • Develop engaging content, resources, and toolkits to support cultural initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and feedback sessions across the organisation
  • Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen capability development and leadership programs
  • Support change management by building frameworks and tools that drive adoption

Your Profile

You're a natural facilitator and designer who enjoys bringing ideas to life and driving meaningful change. Passionate about people development and excited to grow in the DEI space, you know how to balance fresh ideas with the pace of organisational change. You thrive in collaboration, bring energy to your work, and aren't afraid of ambiguity.

Key Requirements

  • Proven design and facilitation skills in OD, learning, or people development
  • Ability to build processes and frameworks in greenfield settings
  • Passion and curiosity for DEI with a willingness to learn and evolve
  • Experience leading change and supporting organisational transformation
  • Strong collaborator who builds positive relationships across teams
  • Confident communicator who can engage and influence at all levels
