**Job description**:
The purpose of the role and your unique contribution is to primarily support with the design and execution of our leadership and talent development programs. Collaborating with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help design, develop and deliver our iconic Executive leadership and talent development programs and learning experiences. You will also get involved in other OD initiatives and project and program management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support with the design of leadership and talent development programs for Executive leaders
- Provide support with the development of program materials
- All aspects of program management and logístical support
- Design and execution of communications approaches
- Support with event management and facilitation
- Support other OD initiatives within the Talent and Executive Leadership portfolios
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business and help manage external provider relationships
- Assist with other key tasks such as reporting, proof reading of materials, and research

**Skills & Experience**
- Experience designing and delivering organisational development programs and initiatives
- Prior experience in a complex organisation within OD, leadership/talent management, learning or culture
- Strong ability to solve problems and come up with solutions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
- Tertiary qualification/s in HR/OD/Organisational Psychology or related discipline is desired
- Previous experience supporting with the design and delivery of leadership development and talent programs
- Program/project management
- Events management
- Communications support
