This fast-paced, ASX listed business provides technology solutions for companies on a global scale and enables people to securely connect with their assets. As a result of a change in organisational structure, an opportunity has arisen for an organisational development professional who has experience across talent, employee engagement and diversity & inclusion to work in this high-level individual contributor position consulting, influencing and shaping programs that contribute to a work environment where people belong, thrive and achieve together.

Reporting to the General Manager of HR Services and as part of the Corporate Centre HR team, you will consult & work in partnership with the HR Directors across business lines to design and develop commercial, business aligned programs across the areas of employee engagement, diversity & inclusion and talent management. Your responsibilities will include:

- Oversee the development of policies, processes and systems in support of engagement, diversity & inclusion and wellbeing strategies.
- Oversee the assessment of employee engagement through the delivery of the employee engagement and feedback survey process.
- Lead the development and implementation of the diversity and inclusion strategy and framework and provide guidance, insights and support to business unit HR leaders to drive an inclusive work environment that aligns with the organisation’s desired culture and employee value proposition.
- Oversee the talent & succession strategy, framework and approach supporting the BU HR teams in completing their annual Talent Review process.

Tertiary qualified, you have demonstrated experience developing & implementing programs across talent, engagement and D&I with strong consulting, coaching and influencing skills. You enjoy a “hands on” role and thrive on collaborating with stakeholders and leveraging data and analytics to provide pragmatic, fit-for-purpose solutions that are aligned to the strategic goals of an organisation. Your experience has been gained from working in complex, change orientated environments.
