**The Purpose**:
As AP+ integrates and builds the culture to support its strategy, we wish to appoint an experienced OD Consultant who thrives getting into the detail and delivery across their function.

This role will support the priorities mapped out in the AP+ people strategy, working with People Partners, discipline leads and business leaders to develop and deliver Organisational Development programs that have a meaningful impact.

**The What**:
**Day to day here’s what you can expect to do;**
- Working with Business Partners and discipline leads to diagnose, build, and deliver leadership and management development initiatives
- Developing & delivering people development initiatives in conjunction with the Business & People Partners
- Managing career development and learning frameworks
- Work with the Talent & Experience team to ensure effective integration of EX survey data and strategy into development programs and initiatives
- Work with the Talent & Experience team and People Partners to identify and support organisational effectiveness needs
- Support the Chief People Officer in co-ordination and delivery of Executive leadership programs
- Support People Partners in organisation assessment, design and implementation efforts across

**We’d love to hear from you if you have;**
- Undergraduate Degree in relevant discipline
- Proven experience in Organisation Development/Learning and Development
- Advanced coaching and facilitation skills
- Advanced instructional design/ program design/ writing skills
