**About the role at TAL Insurance**

The Organisational Development Consultant will work within the Culture and Organisational Development team to support the requirements mapped out in the TAL people strategy and will also ensure People and Culture Business Partners and Consultants are engaged in the development of TAL

**Seniority**

**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Implementation of People and Culture Projects - Design and implement People and Culture projects to support the organization’s goals, and meet compliance requirements
- Organizational Culture Development - Understand and develop a strong and cohesive organizational culture
- Internal Stakeholder Partnership - Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand the business and advise on Human Resource matters

- Collaboration - Works with others by being open, clear in communication and listening to achieve goals
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
