EML is a leading **Workers Compensation** and **Personal Injury Claims Management** business. **THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Organisational Development team is responsible for the identification, design and delivery of enterprise-wide strategic People programs and initiatives.

This role works in partnership with the People team and key stakeholders across EML to identify drivers for change that will enable improved organisational performance and workforce capability. The overall aim is to improve organisational performance and build internal capability across EML so we can continue to help people get their lives back.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contribute to the development and implementation of an organisational development strategy, frameworks and initiatives initially focused on talent, employee experience and leadership
- Develop, implement, forecast and drive the strategic direction, performance and sustainability of a portfolio of People initiatives and projects. Key parts of this portfolio are EML’s listening program using the Culture Amp platform and EML’s 360 leadership feedback + coaching program.
- Utilise organisational diagnostic tools to gather data and information so that development needs can be identified
- Research proposed solutions and contribute to the development of business cases and/or proposals that bridge the gap between current performance and ideal performance.
- Monitor overall performance and progress of strategies and People initiatives

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience working at both a leadership and strategic level of contemporary learning and development / organisational development in medium to large organizations.
- Highly consultative approach to ensure close alignment of initiatives with business requirements
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across a range of mediums including business case writing, reporting, measuring success of initiatives, manager resources and internal communications
- Previous involvement with enterprise projects including project cross functional collaboration, project governance and delivery
- Experience and qualifications in Business, HR, Psychology or Organisational Development
