Organisation development consultant, permanent role based in the inner west, talent and employee engagement

**Your new company**
This opportunity is with a large complex organisation who is seeking an organization development consultant to join the team on a permanent basis based in the inner west. The established team are experienced and dedicated to providing expert advice to key stakeholders in the OD and change space to support the achievement of the organisation’s strategic goals within talent and employee engagement with a completive salary of up to $130,000k plus super.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with people leaders across the business nationally. You will also Formulates relationships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect business objectives.
- Provide change coaching, facilitation and support to individuals, teams and services
- Research and utilise contemporary best practice organisational and leadership development approaches
- in the design, development, implementation and evaluation of organisational, team and/or leadership
- programs against objectives determined through engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain strong relationships both across internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain high levels of communication with staff across the business.
- Report preparations, evaluate programs, and make recommendations
- Risk management
- Demonstrated experience in the design, development, delivery and evaluation of
- leadership, management and culture change development programs and initiatives.
- High level facilitation, presentation, 360-degree feedback debriefing and coaching skills that model a culture of learning.

**What you'll need to succeed**
You will be an OD partner with extensive experience and have the ability to hit the ground running. You will be self-sufficient and have experience working in fast-paced business.

You will enjoy working in a complex and diverse organisation and operate in a supportive manner by coaching staff on HR principles and practices. Previous experience working within the public sector would be advantageous.
