About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join YH and Co Group Pty Ltd' as a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and achieving sales targets. This full-time position is based in our Surry Hills, NSW office.

What you'll be doing

  • Identifying and prospecting new sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Pitching and presenting YH and Co Group Pty Ltd' services to potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
  • Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in B2B sales or fashion wholesale (preferred)
  • A strong understanding in fashion and retail trends
  • Great communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field is a plus
