Site Engineer – Civil Construction

As a Site Engineer with TSA Civil Group, you'll play a hands-on role coordinating on-site construction activities and ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently and to specification. You'll bridge technical design with practical delivery — driving quality, productivity and compliance across all phases of work.

This is an opportunity for a motivated civil professional to take ownership, contribute to continuous improvement and work alongside leaders who value integrity, collaboration and performance.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate day-to-day site operations across multiple civil projects.
  • Support supervisors and field crews to deliver works safely and efficiently.
  • Implement design and quality requirements in line with project documentation.
  • Liaise with engineers, clients, and stakeholders to maintain progress.
  • Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks and quality control checks.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules and ensure compliance with ISO 45001, 9001 & 14001.
What You'll Bring
  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
  • Experience in civil construction, including site supervision.
  • Strong technical understanding and leadership capability.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of OH&S and quality systems.
  • White Card (required); additional tickets highly regarded.
