We are seeking an enthusiastic full-time field service technician to perform repairs and preventative
maintenance on a wide range of commercial cleaning equipment (both engine and battery
powered).
This position would suit a mechanic, fitter, electrician, or someone who understands the workings of
mechanical equipment. We know that you might not have experience in the industry. That is why
you will receive an extensive, fast-tracked induction program and be paired with a senior field
service technician across your first 6 months to mentor you and receive ongoing support throughout
your career.
Preference will be given to applicants who have:
Experience or knowledge within the cleaning equipment industry.
Related experience in machinery/equipment/small engines/forklifts.
Proficiency with electrical circuits. Limited electrical license.
Forklift, W, T, R and Air conditioning ticket advantageous.
Basic competence with IT skills - Microsoft.
Manual driver’s license.
Australian residence (only).
Working across Melbourne, some of your main responsibilities will include:
Developing your skills and knowledge with a broad range of machines across multiple
industry brands.
Executing the installation process from pre-site inspection, overseeing the delivery of
machines, assembling the machines through to training end users.
Conducting mechanical, hydraulic and electrical root cause analysis, fault-finding and
diagnosing efficient solutions to machine breakdowns
Acting as a key point of contact for the customer, you will represent the brand and
communicate with key stakeholders.
Performing regular routine major and minor maintenance checks plus servicing with
component replacements.
Maintain your own technical knowledge through training (provided).

**Salary**: $44,261.34 - $78,000.00 per year
