About the Role

We're seeking a Project Coordinator to support daily operations on our Distribution networks activity. You'll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly — coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and ensuring materials and resources are where they need to be.

Managing a daily schedule of field crews and their work sites, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a good understanding of construction processes who's looking to build their career within a professional, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily planning and coordination of site activities.
  • Manage and maintain site documentation including pre-starts, SWMS, permits and daily reports.
  • Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries.
  • Track project progress and highlight any delays or issues.
  • Assist with material take-offs, stock control and order tracking.
  • Help ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO
  • Support site mobilisation and demobilisation activities.
  • Contribute to toolbox talks, inspections and incident reporting.

What You'll Bring

  • Knowledge and experience in scheduling and liaising with field crews as well as the client for changes, additions on a daily basis.
  • Experience in project coordination, construction administration or site support.
  • Strong communication, time management and organisation skills.
  • Working knowledge of DBYD's, council requirements and safety requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Simpro, Procore or SharePoint advantageous.
