Company: Small Commercial Builder
- Salary: $100K - $110K package
- Location: Northern Suburbs
- Well-established builder that has been operating for over 20 years.
- Commercial construction across multiple sectors including, schools, defence, government, health, entertainment, and policy sectors amongst others. Our focus is to provide high-quality build and always delivery excellent results to our clients.

- Currently looking for an experience
- **Foreman** with strong construction background to support our commercial projects.
- You will have proven experience managing commercial projects at some form of management level within the Melbourne construction market and have a real passion for the work you do.- Have experience working on Projects in the value range of $400k - $4m
- **Supervise and manage the week-to-week operation on site**.
- Co-ordinate labourers, sub-contractors and materials
- **Oversee all OH&S **to ensure the site and staff are working in a safe environment
- Must be good with reading plans and attention to detail
- Be a skilled carpenter who is happy to work on the tools
- Have refurbishment experience
Previously experience as a Supervisor / Foreman role in Residential or Commercial Construction
- Ability to effectively communicate with trades and site staff a must.

**As a minimum requirement you must have;**
- 3-5 years + experience in construction
- Valid White Card
- Manual Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Card
- First Aid certification
- Police Check
- Australian Citizen
