We're looking for an Estimator who takes pride in accuracy, detail, and professional presentation — someone who enjoys the technical side of estimating and wants to be part of a small, high-performing team that values quality over quantity.

About the role

You'll work on a variety of civil and infrastructure projects, producing detailed and accurate estimates from first principles. Your work will support contractors and developers across first principles pricing, tender preparation, and independent pricing reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed estimates and breakdowns for civil and infrastructure projects
• Perform drawing take-offs and generate bill of quantities
• Complete first principle pricing with accompanying tender submissions and structured bid documentation
• Review supplier and subcontractor pricing
• Conduct independent pricing reviews for accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with the Civil Win team to deliver consistent, high-quality estimating outcomes

About you

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in civil or infrastructure estimating
• Strong technical skills in take-offs, first principles pricing, and tender preparation
• Sound understanding of civil construction methods and risk factors
• Proven experience within the Australian civil and infrastructure sector
• Proficiency with estimating and take-off software including Pronamics, Bluebeam, and Autodesk
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tender deadlines
• A positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
