Job DescriptionLochard Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Campaign Scheduler / Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing weekly maintenance schedules and facilitating their execution to ensure the highest standards of operational efficiency and reliability in our energy storage services. Join us in our mission to support the transition to a clean energy future.Job Requirements
  • 3 years scheduling experience with MS Project or Primavera P6 (or similar scheduled programme)
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically excel
  • Trades experience in fixed plan maintenance/projects within the mining or oil and gas industry with a recognised trade certificate ideally 5 years' experience in the hydrocarbon processing industry
  • Experience with and competency in use of Maximo (preferred) or similar
  • Good communication skills
  • Established commitment to the principals and continuous improvement in quality assurance
Job Responsibilities
  • Produce weekly maintenance schedules and facilitate week look ahead meetings
  • Schedule work scopes to ensure that it is optimised in single unit outages with an understanding of the boundaries of the plant systems
  • Use an update Maximo as the primary tool for planning scheduling and execution of work on site
  • Work with planners to understand job requirements/constraints
  • Manage long term planning/scheduling outlooks (6-18 month lookaheads)
  • Liaise and consult with stakeholders to schedule work into the site plan as well as plan, develop and schedules site shut
  • Review scope of works, contractors plans and schedules to develop the shut schedule with execution sequence logic
  • Develop baseline execution schedules and progress S curves
  • Provide support to others in the planning team as well as work collaboratively with various teams within the business and contractors
  • Review progress against plan, delivery milestones that ensure they are on schedule
  • Provide weekly updates to the relevant stakeholders
