As our Promotions & Merchandise Lead, you will be the key player supporting our Merchandise Team and National Promotions Manager — ensuring every campaign runs smoothly and every deadline is met.

**In this Role**
- Be the go-to admin and planning powerhouse for the National Promotions Manager
- Assist in the full execution of exciting, nationwide promotions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to keep campaigns on track and on time
- Connect ideas and information from marketing and merchandise teams, ensuring seamless communication
- Manage and schedule critical deadlines with precision
- Brief the Merchandise Team so they’re always one step ahead
- Maintain and create detailed spreadsheets and documents that keep projects flowing
- Provide valuable support to the overall merchandise department operations

**You’re Likely a Match If**
- Sharp organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills — written and verbal
- A self-starter mentality who’s not afraid to take initiative and ask for support when needed
- Adaptability and calm under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-first attitude
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or retail is a plus
