About the Role:
Key responsibilities are (but not limited to):

- Come up with creative ideas and execute campaigns that answer a brief and that maintain the Carla Lawson Hair Extensions brand strategy
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to produce all digital collateral
- Work closely with agency partners, photographers, producers and stylists to ensure creative direction and content requirements are delivered accurately and on brand
- Possess strong skills in Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, XD, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premier Pro) as you will be creating, executing and presenting your campaigns in these platforms.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is able to hit the ground running and bring their energy into an optimistic and fun team. You'll bring a creative mindset to the role and be able to conceptualise ideas, organise, plan and make strategic decisions that ensure creative quality.

We'd also love you to have:

- A deep understanding of all social media channels and specific types of content to resonate with channel-specific consumers
- Thorough understanding of art direction, e.g. briefing designers, finished artists, web, photographers, stylists & illustrators
- Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
- A background in advertising is desirable but not essential
- Ability to build strong relationships within key business areas to achieve strategic and operational outcomes
- Exceptional organisation skills, ability to self-manage and work across multiple projects
- High level of attention to detail
- A natural ability to work as a team and collaborate with the people around you

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
