About the Role
Join UTrada as a Sales Leader and take the lead in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and fostering long-term partnerships in the global financial markets.
In this role, you will recruit and manage a dynamic sales team, develop and execute growth strategies, and ensure an exceptional client experience across all communication channels. You will be instrumental in shaping UTrada commercial success by leading with insight, innovation, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Recruit, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results.
Analyse sales performance metrics, market trends, and client profile to inform decision-making.
Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Forex, CFD, and financial markets.
Represent UTrada at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
Develop strategies to expand market share and strengthen UTrada position in key regions.
Client Relationship Management
Ensure delivery of exceptional service to clients across all communication channels.
Oversee onboarding, retention, and account management processes.
Work closely with internal teams to resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven professional with strong leadership and relationship management skills.
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within the Forex, CFD, or broader financial industry.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience managing or mentoring a sales team is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in English is essential; fluency in Chineseis highly advantageous.
Ability to engage confidently with clients from diverse backgrounds in a fast-paced environment.
