What You'll Be Driving:In this hands-on leadership role, you'll take full ownership of a team of Life Insurance Brokers and lead them to hit – and exceed – their targets. You'll be:

  • Setting clear performance goals and building accountability
  • Coaching daily with call reviews, development plans, and real-time feedback
  • Onboarding and ramping up new hires quickly and effectively
  • Leading with energy in sales meetings and planning sessions
  • Championing a customer-first, best-practice sales process
  • Maintaining high standards in compliance, quality, and retention
  • Building a high-energy, results-focused team culture that wins

What You'll Bring:

We're looking for a sales leader who leads from the front, inspires performance, and knows how to build a strong sales engine. Ideally, you have:
