Augmented People is proud to partner with a global Cybersecurity powerhouse tech services provider that's expanding into Australia. Having built a strong reputation for delivering innovative solutions and services in Cybersecurity, data analytics (including Fraud, AML) and AI. The candidate should have be experienced working within industries like BFSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare, ITeS and others.

This role presents a rare opportunity to join and potentially lead the expansion of the team in Australia.

Requirements

The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven Senior Sales Leader to acquire new business and expand market share. Working closely with Management, Advisory Consultants and Solution Architects, you'll be responsible for building a sustainable pipeline, delivering sales targets, and enhancing customer experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on agreed sales targets by acquiring new clients
  • Generate and maintain a strong sales pipeline, prepare customized proposal presentations to provide the strategy and solutions for various client requirements.
  • Experience and a solid track record in sales success with clients in key industries such as BFSI, Telco, Manufacturing and Healthcare (just to name a few)
  • Manage and co-ordinate with all internal support teams to ensure client requirements and expectations are met.

What We're Looking For:

  • A proven Sales Leader with a minimum 5+ years experience in B2B sales
  • Strong hunter mentality - comfortable with outbound prospecting and reactivating dormant accounts
  • Exposure in dealing with Senior Executive Professionals (CxO), CISO & Infosec teams, Head of IT & Operations Departments etc
  • Commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and a collaborative approach
