Senior Project Manager, Payroll is currently required for a two year fixed term assignment to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Payroll Successfactors project within a large digital transformation program.

You Will Be Required To Perform The Following

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Payroll project using agile, hybrid, or waterfall methodologies, ensuring outcomes are on time, on scope, and on budget.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders by facilitating workshops, presentations, and providing regular updates, and serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications, escalations, and decision-making to ensure alignment, collaboration, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and business readiness plans in collaboration with change and communications teams, ensuring successful adoption of the new payroll solution.
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance project delivery processes and contributing to broader project management practices.
  • Manage all aspects of execution including build, unit/system test, user acceptance testing, implementation, change activities, vendor engagement, financials, risk management, and post-go-live support.

To be successful in this position you will be a highly experienced Senior Project Manager who has proven experience in managing large-scale transformation or complex IT projects, including Payroll and HCM within scope, time, and budget constraints, ideally with Successfactors. You will also have demonstrated experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders across all project phases and delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
