Senior SAP Payroll Consultant (Configuration or Implementation)

We are seeking an experienced
Senior SAP Payroll Consultant
with expertise in either
configuration or implementation
to join our client's dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality SAP Payroll solutions, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service for our clients using their product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement client payroll solutions using
    the Implementation Methodology
    and
    SAP-based product
    .
  • Conduct blueprinting workshops to gather client business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP Payroll solutions to align with client needs, ensuring proper documentation and unit testing.
  • Provide support through
    User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Parallel Testing, and Go-Live
    phases.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of
    SAP Payroll products, industry developments, and legislative changes
    to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with SAP OSS to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring an error-free and legally compliant solution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including
    Project Management, Product Management, and Client Services
    , to ensure smooth implementations.
  • Assist in
    data migration, cleansing, mapping, and reconciliation
    processes.
  • Deliver
    end-user training
    , create training materials, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Minimize risk exposure while ensuring the best application of the template to maximize client value.
  • Participate in
    pre-sales support
    , including RFP analysis, system demonstrations, and client workshops.
  • Perform
    Quality Assurance reviews
    on configuration and blueprinting to maintain high implementation standards.

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years' experience
    in SAP Payroll implementation, configuration, or a related HR/Payroll role.
  • Strong
    SAP Payroll configuration and implementation
    expertise.
  • Certified SAP HR/Payroll Consultant
    (preferred).
  • Experience with
    full life cycle SAP Payroll implementations
    (2+ for senior roles).
  • Expertise in
    project management, risk management, and process improvement
    .
  • Ability to create, review, and maintain
    configuration documentation and training materials
    .
  • Knowledge of
    SAP ASAP methodology
    and issue tracking systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    MS Office Suite, including MS Project and Visio
    .
