We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager/Lead to join a listed, fast-growing business. This role suits someone who is hands-on, proactive, and ready to drive process improvements.

About the role:

You'll lead the Accounts Payable function and manage a team of AP Officers. The role will focus on end-to-end AP operations, process optimisation, and supporting the rollout of new systems as part of an ERP transformation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Accounts Payable Officers
  • Oversee daily AP operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
  • Support ERP transformation projects; experience with end-to-end, large ERP implementations is highly regarded
  • Partner with key stakeholders across Finance and Operations to enhance efficiency

About you:

  • Experienced Accounts Payable leader with a track record in high-volume, fast-paced environments
  • Strong background in process improvement and systems implementation
  • Collaborative leadership style, with a hands-on and solutions-focused approach
  • Available to start immediately or within one week
