We are a Brisbane based road transport company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Relief Officer to join our team. This is a dynamic role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives on accuracy and is keen to build skills across multiple administration functions.
About the Role
The successful applicant will work closely with our administration teams, learning and relieving a range of functions throughout the year. This role requires flexibility, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Key relieving responsibilities include:
- Invoicing/Data Entry
- Accurate and timely data entry
- Payroll support, including permanent reporting requirements (e.g., quarterly superannuation, monthly payroll tax)
- Accounts payable and receivable processing
- Training and compliance administration
- Workshop administration support
- Customer queries and service support
- General administrative and office duties
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly accurate with data entry and record keeping
- Organised, reliable and able to manage deadlines
- Flexible and ability to continually learn new systems and processes
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- A clear communicator with good problem-solving skills
Highly desirable experience:
- Previous experience in the road transport industry
- Knowledge of Epayday, Trimble, or TMTsystems
- Payroll or accounts administration background
